Egi is a manager for the Climate Program. He mainly works to assist the Government of Indonesia on how best to implement low carbon development policies at national and regional level, including policy integration in the Medium-Term Development Plan, Strategic Environmental Assessment, and related government planning and strategy documents at national and regional level.

Prior to joining WRI, Egi worked as a Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at Indonesia Climate Change Trust Fund (ICCTF). He also worked with UNDP as a Monitoring and Reporting Officer.

He graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology, majoring in Geophysics Engineering, and then earned his master's degree on defense management from the same university.

Egi likes coffee a lot, and during his spare time, he loves to walk around with his family.
